We do not make raw material substitutions.
3) Our technical
team works with our customers to evaluate printing problems. We meet
with pressmen/supervisors to offer our support and expertise. Our
technical personnel keep our customers apprised of exceptional products
available in the marketplace that will improve pressroom performance.
4) Joules Angstrom’s
lab personnel work with our customers to develop products that
outperform any other UV product available in the marketplace.
5) We work with each
customer to develop a timely delivery method for our products. Our
customer service team will track each and every shipment from our
facility to yours. We will intervene when a shipment is delayed, and
notify our customer of the delay. We send acknowledgements to our
customers with every order stating quantities shipped, ship date,
delivery date and which carrier was used.
6) We usually ship
orders same day as received. If a customer needs large batches of
special
blends, we work to keep them in stock at our facilities to insure faster
deliveries.
7) We work with
customers in remote areas by consigning Joules Angstrom UV Printing inks
in their facilities.
8) We have an
excellent production planning team who works with our customers to
develop and agree on lead times and order frequency thus distributing
the monthly workload and avoiding month end order peaking.
